Options expiry is here and it looks like my UYG calls will expire worthless and I’m not sure what the prospects are for December, January 09 and later might be the play. We’re not out of the woods with this rally, the ETF-Cashinator kicked out over 20 pages of highly volatile call and put options with high premiums.

Writing – selection of an ETF to invest in depends largely on how long you plan on holding the etf, what your financial goals are and other economic variables.
I usually invest in ETF that I plan to hold over a very long time horizon for my long term accounts and volatile ETFs for my short term accounts.
